Q.What is the jewellery made of and will it last?
A.We have a strong process of vetting every single piece before we publish them in the store. Oneofe Jewellery is mostly made of stainless steel, pvd coated 18k gold plated for skin safe, lightweight and long lasting shine. Exact detail is mentioned in each product detail page. Alternatively, we also source fresh water pearl jewellery for durability and affordability. Q. Do you make them?
A. No, we source them for reliable global suppliers who match our quality standards.
Additionally, any feedback from customers is taken into serious consideration before finalising future suppliers or orders.
Q. What is the shipping charge?
A. A charge of INR 80 to 100 (based on location) will be applicable as shipping for all orders under INR 1299. Shipping is free for all orders above INR 1299.
Q. Where do you ship?
A. Anywhere within India.
Q. How long does delivery take?
A. Once the order is placed, it may take approximately 5 to 8 business days for it to get delivered. It may slightly vary as per exact location like in non metro cities. You will receive the tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Q. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
A. No return / exchange / replacement / cancellation of orders once placed as we are a new boutique brand and do not handle the return process at this point in time.
Q. What if my order is damaged or defective or never received?
A. You can certainly request a return for damaged or defective product within 7 days of receiving the order. Please record a video of unboxing so we can verify the actual product. You can either opt for replacement or refund in such a case subject to availability.

A. Shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
